Iginio Gagliardone is a research fellow in the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies and a member of the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy at the University of Oxford. He is lead author of the forthcoming UNESCO Internet Study: Hate Speech Online, due in 2015.
